About The Attorney

Nicolas M. Babinsky, Esq. has been a practicing attorney in good standing in Florida since 1994. He is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Babinsky began his career at the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office and has handled thousands of criminal cases in his career. Since leaving the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Babinsky was senior trial counsel for United Automobile Insurance Company in Miami Dade County and has worked for several major insurance companies as senior staff attorney. Mr. Babinsky’s present practice includes, criminal record sealing and expungement, criminal defense, insurance litigation, and personal injury/wrongful death litigation.
